About

I started Duncan Services in 1986 after working with the local phone company. My job was terminated when operations were moved out of town. Being from the West Point area and having a family with a history of running a retail business here since the 30's, I felt compelled to stay around and try and make something work here. I always refer to Duncan Services as an "accidental business" as I just started helping people with their PCs and it grew from there. My philosophy is to always treat all customers - whether a home user or a business - with the ultimate respect and to always and foremost remember that we are in the service business. Without the customer, we have nothing. If we don't take care of the customers, they won't be there to take care of us. Working on computers is what I am good at. I always want to be known for my talents as a handyman/carpenter, a good husband to my wife, a good father to my stepsons, a guy who used to jump out of perfectly good airplanes and likes to go snow skiing and scuba diving. I go backpacking on the Appalachain Trail once a year when possible, and hope to make it to Maine someday. I believe in and support the local community each and every day.
